At UNIDY, our mission is to empower our customers and their users to regain control and ownership of their data, while cutting out big tech dependencies. 

Our software as a service solution enables our customers to connect their digital services and data processing systems to build data-driven platforms while providing centralized, transparent, and self-determined data management for their users. Believing in digital autonomy and strongly advocating the value of zero-party data ownership, we are funded by BAMF to support our vision.

Your tasks:

  • Use your project management expertise and empathy to support our customers in deriving the greatest possible added value from our partnership
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of ambitious customers
  • Understand customers business goals, needs, and priorities to ensure value realisation, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Own daily operations and consult our customers on product usage, data migration and API topics
  • Stay on top of market trends and consult our customers into their own best-of-breed setup of digital services
  • Become the customer voice and work collaboratively with our consulting, product and tech teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

What makes you stand out from the crowd:

  • Excellent project management skills and digitisation project experience
  • A decent understanding of technologies and technical processes as well as data flows
  • A proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • You can keep an eye on different challenges at the same time and actively manage them
  • You bring a hands-on mentality, pragmatism and proactivity to the table
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • German skills at native-speaker-level as well as fluency in English
